New Features & Improvements

  • Ability for agents to be assigned to, and take calls from multiple groups
  • Tenant configuration to auto-detect no available agents and disable patient Connect button with "no agents available" message
  • Patients notified of their queue position if all available agents are in a call when the patient taps to connect
  • Ability for Supervisor or Manager to assign/reassign agents to groups
  • Tenant option for a configurable 30 second auto wrap up status after agent ends a call
  • Tenant configuration for device "Default Screen" label shown on Data/Devices page
  • Sort by name option on Data/Groups, Practices, Employees, Devices
  • Include employee license ID as column in xlsx download from Data/Employees page
  • Tenant option for time zone used and displayed in excel report downloads
  • Call video/audio pauses while End Call confirmation dialog displayed to agent
  • Tenant configuration to disable agent End Call confirmation dialog
