- Ability for agents to be assigned to, and take calls from multiple groups
- Tenant configuration to auto-detect no available agents and disable patient Connect button with "no agents available" message
- Patients notified of their queue position if all available agents are in a call when the patient taps to connect
- Ability for Supervisor or Manager to assign/reassign agents to groups
- Tenant option for a configurable 30 second auto wrap up status after agent ends a call
